Grab your Halloween mask, rally the family, and join us for the 26th Annual Cooperstown Halloween 5K & 10K!

Choose the fun and festive 5K run/walk or double the challenge with the 10K. The scenic course winds through the charming Village of Cooperstown and is mostly flat, with a gentle half-mile hill near the finish to keep things interesting.

Open to runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels, this fall favorite features scenic views, a spirited community atmosphere, and a Halloween costume contest for youth and adults.

5K
One loop through the Village of Cooperstown.

10K
Two loops for those ready to take on the full challenge.

Both races start and finish at The Clark Sports Center.

Race-Day Registration & Bib Pickup

8:30–9:15 AM

Day-of registration is available at The Clark Sports Center beginning at 8:30 AM. Bib pickup for pre-registered participants also begins at 8:30 AM.

Waiver Requirement

All participants must have a signed Clark Sports Center waiver on file

Course & Race Information

The course travels through the Village of Cooperstown and is moderately challenging, with mostly flat terrain and a gentle half-mile hill near the finish.

5K: One loop
10K: Two loops
Water stations will be available mid-course and at the finish.
Traffic will be present, with major intersections staffed.
For participant safety, please refrain from using personal listening devices during the race.
The race will be held rain, snow, or shine.
Please no dogs allowed
